Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Lucid Wayfarer is an independent editorial reading room about the Solana network, reachable at 3rd Floor, 17-4 Wausan-ro 21-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul 04053, Republic of Korea, and at [email protected].

2. What the room provides

The open shelves (articles, guides, and the glossary) are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial reading. Membership adds long-form studies, printable reading paths, and live open hours. The Wayfarer Program is a six-week guided reading engagement with live sessions and written feedback. Nothing in the room is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no piece recommends buying, selling, or holding any asset.

3. Acceptable use

• Read, cite, and link to the shelves with attribution. Short quotations with a link back are welcome.
• Do not republish full pieces, scrape the site in bulk, or resell access to paid material.
• Do not disrupt live sessions or misuse the contact channel.
• Code snippets on the shelves may be used freely in your own projects, without attribution.

4. Paid access

Membership is billed monthly in Korean won and renews until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Program seats are confirmed on payment and are subject to the cohort capacity stated on the program page. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights under Korean consumer law are described on the refund page and are not limited by anything in these terms.

5. Accuracy and corrections

Every piece carries a last-reviewed date, and we work to keep the shelves accurate against a changing network. We do not warrant that every piece is current at the moment you read it. When a correction is made, it is logged and dated. If you rely on a piece for a decision with real consequences, check the date and the primary sources it cites.

6. Intellectual property

The text, diagrams, and structure of the shelves are the property of Lucid Wayfarer or its contributors. Except for code snippets (section 3) and fair quotation, reproduction requires written permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Lucid Wayfarer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the shelves, including decisions made in reliance on outdated material. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.

9. Changes

Changes to these terms are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the room after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
